Room was great. Everything looks nice and taken care of. We had a busy schedule but there seemed to be plenty of things to do without going anywhere. You could walk to the Galleria if you wanted easily. TV had an input panel that was a little dated but has an HDMI-In which is rare for hotels that I've been to. If I do this again I'll likely say there again.

I loved the the space within the room. I loved that it had a closet, counter space, a nice couch. I really enjoyed that there was a tv in both the room and the living room. The bathroom space was the key for me as well as having a door to access the living room and another door to access the bedroom. The view was really nice. I hope next time I come that I will request a higher level to view Dallas. The parking lot I liked how you had to have a key to get access to it.

I loved this hotel. Everything about it.. its way more upscale then i thought it was. And for the price i paid it exceeded my expectation.. this will be my hotel for now on whenever im in dallas. Literally walked across to the mall.. right off the highway... Very quiet... Room was perfect...

This is absolutely one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at. The staff was simply amazing in everything from checking to check out to any issues that we incurred while we were staying

it was directly across from the galleria, and not too far from downtown Dallas and Love Field airport.

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, room was massive, beds were comfortable, the stay was almost perfect and even the hotel building itself was pretty impressive!

I loved how exceptional we were greeted upon our stay. The room was a great size I didn’t expect it to be so big and spacious by looking at the photos, but it was great!

The staff at this location is great. my entire team that has stayed here is so happy with all aspects of their stay. please extend our gratitude to the the establishment and let them know we are impress with all their staff.

The hobby looks heavenly to say the least. The facility was clean to perfection, and front desk was a pleasure to have. They took care of me like a A-list celebrity. Room service was outstanding, and definitely deserves a raise.
